Registration is free for visitors who coming on your website. It requires e-mail activation though. When your visitor will become member, he'll get code that he must put on his page.
So counter will contain your ads and links. If he want to remove them, he should upgrade his account for a monthly, yearly or lifetime basis (you are selecting price of upgrade plans) Admin panel allows to change types of member's counters (free/monthly/yearly/lifetime), to add new HTML ads and text links and send newsletter to all webmasters or with separate account's types.
